Yoga that actually fits your life
Classes are held virtually every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am, so you can join from your living room, nursery, or wherever life has you today. Each 60-minute session is led by Kellie, a CYT-200 certified instructor with specialized training in prenatal yoga and a whole lot of firsthand experience navigating the fourth trimester.
Built for postpartum bodies
Postpartum recovery is not one size fits all. These classes are designed with that in mind — thoughtful movement that supports healing, rebuilds core and pelvic floor function, and gives you a dedicated hour that’s just for you.
